Metro is located right at the heart of the student scene. We've got a vibrant student community, with a great team dedicated to helping students make the most of their time in Bristol.
We'd love to make you feel really welcome and help you get engaged with church, no matter what your faith background.
There are loads of great activities throughout the year just for students:
From September 23rd we're going to be providing free food for all students at 6pm before the services starts. And then after the service we'll be enjoying Ben & Jerry’s and drinks. What's not to like?!
We're also offering UWE students lifts from the Frenchay Campus, starting Sunday September 16th. Drop us a line for more deets.
Be sure not to buy any lunch during the Bristol Uni freshers week as we give out around 5,000 free burgers at the main Woodlands campus. The Burger Week is running from Monday to Thursday and is unlike anything you've ever seen before.
On weekday nights we get together in Hubs throughout the city. It's in these smaller groups that you really get to know people, start to share life together and begin to work out what it means to follow Jesus at University.
We want you to feel at home at Metro, and hubs are a great place to start. So, make sure to ask about hubs or fill out this form.
We also love throwing big events throughout the year. So, whether it’s our famous Christmas Ceilidh or a Woodies Club Night, bring your friends along!
Our Alpha Courses are designed to help students explore faith in Jesus.
Our Tuesday night gatherings help students become part of an authentic community.
Our mentoring programme helps students develop as disciples of Jesus.
Our students volunteer regularly at the Wild Goose Drop in, as well as other charities.
